About mezloh

I am full time single father of 3 wonderful boys and I am in need of an investor to save my business and my home.

I have bootstrapped my was to this point in my business and it has outgrown my financial capabilities to keep it afloat. I never knew that success could put me under and that is the problem i am facing.

I don't have the problem of not being able to sell my products but rather having enough capital to put my promotions into high gear to sell more of them and keep the necessary inventory to meet my business needs.

I have a coast to coast national tv campaign ready to launch the only thing left is capital to film the commercial and launch. manufacturing, fullfilment, is in place and ready to go. Ther only missing piece to the puzzle is capital.

I have no idea where to turn to look for investors at this point, every site i go to for investors wants an outrageous monthly fee to repsond to the inquiries from investors and I cannot afford this right now. I have had a wealth of repsonses to my postings but no way to contact them.

I tried to get an SBA guaranteed loan but my bank wants 30% equity to fund my business. Since I have built my business completely online right now and sell my products via ecommerce I do not have any physicalreal estate and I do not keep that much inventory on hand.

The bank liked my business plan and feel my business will be successful but they won't risk the loan due to the equity factor. They told me to find an equity partner or build up some cash equity and then they would gladly give me the loan i am looking for.

So that is where i am at in regards to getting capital to take my business to the next level.

I have a full business plan and an executive summary available for serious investors

My product line is "green" and retail consumable which results in high repeat sales. I am looking for someone to take a chance on me and help me become the success I know I will be.

I can be contacted through my website at KnockOut-Products.com

10 Year old small business needs working capital

I am the sole owner of a small trucking company. I'm trying to grow in a specilized sector of the industry that I've been in for the past ten years. We transport Cryogenic Liquids Which include Hydrogen, Helium, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Liquid Natural Gas, and others. Our customer base includes local and state governments, U.S. government, U.S. milatary, and NASA. I have invested over $250,000.00 of my own money and exhausted my credit limits. We currently have over $500,000.00 in annual revenue with the potintual to increase it to over $2 million. We need additional capital and equipment to accomplish our goals. I'm seeking imformation on any possible grants, investors, or a partner. I will require $250,000.00 which will pay out the entire company debt, purchase additional equipment, and leave about $50,000.00 for working capital. As an investor or partner you would be a part of a debt free company with a proven track record. I also have a business plan for your review. Any help or ideas would be welcome.
